遊ぶ前に取扱説明書の「安全に使用していただくために…」をお読みください
あそぶまえにとりあつかいせつめいしょの「あんぜんにしようしていただくために…」をおよみください
Before playing, please read "To use [the DS] safely..." in the instruction manual.
Manuals are also called 解説書(かいせつしょ)or 取扱書(とりあつかいしょ). I don't know if there's a major difference between these, though. If I were to take a stab at it based on my own observations, 取扱説明書 seems to be used for hardware manuals, and 解説書 are software. 取扱書 seems to just be a shorter version of 取扱説明書?
