DVD Chirashi - 05

Getting things started again after neglecting this a bit. This little bit of text comes from the bottom of that DVD チラシ and if the last part of it.

販促（はんそく）is abbriviated from 販売促進（はんばいそくしん）.

From a bit of flicking through dictionaries, the difference between 製作 and 制作 (both read せいさく) is that you 制作 something creative or artistic, whereas you can 製作 things like chairs or robots as well as arty things.

After accessing [logging on to] the abovementioned address, select the questionaire item written below, and input the questionaire code using half-width uppercase letters.

半角大文字, as far as I can tell, means using letters "like these" rather than say "ｌｉｋｅ　ｔｈｅｓｅ".

Carrying on from the last posts. This is long sentence, so I thought I'd split it up a bit. First with a more literal translation:
