From the safety message on the Nintendo DS:

遊ぶ前に取扱説明書の「安全に使用していただくために…」をお読みください
あそぶまえにとりあつかいせつめいしょの「あんぜんにしようしていただくために…」をおよみください

Before playing, please read "To use [the DS] safely..." in the instruction manual.

Manuals are also called 解説書（かいせつしょ）or 取扱書（とりあつかいしょ）. I don't know if there's a major difference between these, though. If I were to take a stab at it based on my own observations, 取扱説明書 seems to be used for hardware manuals, and 解説書 are software. 取扱書 seems to just be a shorter version of 取扱説明書?

NDS - 02

Looking at the Nintendo DS option screen (the translations come from when the system is set to English).

本体設定
本体の設定をします。設定したいパネルを選択して下さい。

ほんたいせってい
ほんたいのせっていをします。せっていしたいパネルをせんたくしてください。

Settings
Change system settings here. Select the setting you'd like to change.

本体 refers to the main part of a machine (so not peripherals [周辺機器（しゅうへんきき）/ペリフェラル] or such, I assume).
