Hagaki - 01

おそれいりますが50(ごじゅう)えんきってをおはりください
[Awfully sorry, but] please affix a 50 yen stamp.
恐れ入りますが… is a phrase used when asking someone of a higher standing (like customers) than you to do something. It's similar to お手数ですが which came up in
this post
.
